What is an appropriate computer?

The minimum specification is a 1Ghz PC running Windows XP, 2000, 98 or ME, a 3D graphics card with 32MB VRAM (such as the nVidia GeForce and ATI Radeon ranges), 256MB of RAM and a DVD reader. You will also need internet access to register each region (from any PC) and 200-800MB hard disk space to hold each region.
