Taking a Screenshot and Saving it as a JPEG

Step 1

Press the Print Screen key to save a screenshot on the clipboard.

Step 2

Run Paint by clicking on Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint.

Click on Edit > Paste to paste in the screenshot from the clipboard.

Step 3

Click on File > Save As.

Choose JPEG from the Save as type drop down list, type in a filename and save it somewhere.

Close Paint.

Final Step

Click browse on the support form and select the jpeg file that you just saved.
