Saving a System Information File with DXDiag

Step 1

Click on Start > Run.

Type in "dxdiag" and hit OK.

Step 2

Wait for the progress bar to get all the way across.

Click on Save All Information.

Step 3

Type in a filename and save it somewhere.

Final Step

Click browse on the support form and select the text or xml file that you just saved.
